Kim Tok Hun, premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to Nikol Pashinyan, prime minister of the Republic of Armenia, on September 21 on the occasion of its national day.
The message wished the Armenian people prosperity and welfare.
