Kim Tok Hun, premier of the Cabinet of the DPRK, on July 23 sent a congratulatory message to K. P. Sharma Oli on his appointment as prime minister of Nepal.

 The message expressed belief that the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries with a long tradition would grow stronger in conformity with common interests of their peoples.
