Kim Tok Hun, premier of the Cabinet of the DPRK, sent a congratulatory message to L. Oyun-Erdene upon his reappointment as prime minister of Mongolia on July 9.

Expressing belief that the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries will continue to develop on good terms, the message wished him great success in his work for the economic development of the country and the wellbeing of the people.
